In November 2016, Staples sold its 106 British stores to Hilco Capital, who rebranded them as Office Outlet. A management buyout followed in 2018, but the company went into administration in March 2019, with some stores closing soon after. A buyer could not be found, and the remaining stores closed in July 2019. Any OSM objects still tagged as Office Outlet stores should be checked.
