This tool provides a combined view of the comparisons between external datasets and OpenStreetMap data for the UK, flagging discrepancies that might be problems in OSM. The problems shown are those where a ground survey may be necessary to resolve them, and include potentially missing objects and potentially erroneous or incompletely tagged objects. Some flagged items may be false positives caused by errors in the source data or mismatches with the wrong OSM objects. Each dataset comes from a different tool that has its own update schedule. OSM data is generally refreshed weekly; third-party data less often (full data update details).
Much of the source data is not under a suitable licence to allow its use in mapping, so you must not add or remove items from OSM based on this tool, without a survey or a suitable OSM-comparible source. Markers are shown at zoom level 10 and above, so zoom in if nothing is showing.

OSM objects with an fhrs:id value that no longer matches one in the Food Hygine Ratings database. Either the business has closed, or some other change has promted a new FHRS ID to be issued. The data is refreshed daily from Greg's Food Hygiene Open Data OpenStreetMap Tool.
Endpoints of a Public Rights of Way that is not mapped (or mapped but not tagged with appropriate designation and prow_ref values in OpenStreetMap. (Data only available for councils listed in the PRoW Progress Tool.)
