From a point on the County Road No. C715 leading to Waldingfield Street approximately 190 metres north west of St. Lawrence's Church along the track to the Anglian Water Authority's Sewage Works across OS field Nos. 1200 and 3700, (Maps TL 9043-9143) and TL 0944-9144) then following the outside boundary of the Sewage Works, then continuing for a distance of approximately 520 metres in a generally north-easterly direction across part of OS field No. 5126, then in a generally south easterly direction to Grid Reference 591567 244375 on the north side of a drain in the area of Hole Farm and running in a generally north north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 50 metres to Grid reference 591587 244420 and turning in a generally east south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 27 metres at Grid Reference 591615 244416 and then running in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 7 metres to Grid Reference 591621 244420 at the entrance drive leading to Hole Farm, then in a N. direct. to Lt.
