10 FP Commencing at a culvert leading into field parcel number 2927 on the southern side of the track from Church Lane to Hill Farm at grid reference 22505320 and progressing in a generally south westerly direction across field parcel 2927 for approximately 100 metres to grid reference 22445312; continuing in the same direction across scrubland field parcel number 4109 for approximately 70 metres to the south eastern corner of field parcel 2300 at grid reference 22395306; changing to a generally west-south-westerly direction along the southern edge of field parcel number 2300, following along the northern side of a hedgerow and drain for approximately 64 metres to a culvert at grid reference 22345303; curving in a generally west-north-westerly direction for approximately 6 metres to a point adjacent to another culvert at grid reference 22335303; changing to a generally south westerly direction and proceeding along a grass path along the northern edge of field parcel 5500, following along the southern side of hedgerow and drain for approximately 190 metres to the U3402 road at grid reference 22195291. Total distance approximately 924 metres.
