8 FP From the western end of footpath No. 9 running in a south-south-easterly direction for approximately 408 metres and then in a varying south-westerly direction for approximately 300 metres and then in a north-westerly direction for approximately 140 metres, continuing in a south-westerly direction to Potters Bridge House.
9 FP Commences at the parish boundary at the termination of B.R. No. 2 in the parish of Covehithe terminating at path No. 8, and runs in an easterly direction.
10 BY Commencing from the Covehithe/South Cove parish boundary at Grid Reference 50948083, passing the eastern side of Keens Farm, curving to a general southerly direction as a natural surface track, up an incline, in the form of a hedge lined sunken lane with field parcel No. 0962 to the east and field parcel no.7875 to the west for approximately 15 metres to the South Cove/Covehithe parish boundary at Grid Reference 50908068.

11 BY Commencing from the Covehithe parish boundary at grid reference 50908068, progressing as a natural surface track in the form of a hedge lined sunken lane, known as Covehithe Lane, up an incline in a general south westerly direction with field parcel No.7875 to the north and field parcel No.9139 to the south for approximately 65 metres to Grid Reference 50858065, then continuing up an incline in a general southerly direction through field parcel No.8556, with field parcel No.9139 to the east and field parcel No.5200 to the west for approximately 200 metres to Grid Reference 50878045, then on level ground, changing to a general south-westerly direction as a hedge lined sunken lane with field parcel No.9139 to the east and field parcel No.5200 to the west for approximately 150 metres to Grid Reference 50778034, then down a slope, in a general southerly direction as a sunken lane along the eastern edge of field parcel No.5200 and then through field parcel No.8516 with field parcel No.9139, belt of conifers (parcel No.8424) and field parcel No.8516 to the east and belt of trees (parcel No.6124) to the west for approximately 275 metres to reach the northern edge of Broom Walks at grid reference 50718007, at this point becoming a grass track, passing up a slope, along level ground, down a slope, in a general south-south-westerly direction along the western edge of Broom Walks (parcel No.7800) with field parcel No.5200 to the west, then up and down a slope, along the western edge of scrub land field parcel No.7343, with field parcel no.4868 to the west for approximately 485 metres to Grid Reference 50527963, then curving in a general south-south-westerly direction, through field parcel No.7343, the grass track becomes a hedge/tree lined lane, progressing up a slope with field parcel No.6045 to the east and field parcel No.4868 to the west for approximately 110 metres to join the eastern side of the B1127 road at Grid Reference 50467954, a total distance of approximately 2125 metres.

12 BY Commencing on the western side of the B1127 road at Grid Reference 50367990, the track known as Spooners Lane, progressing as a hedge/tree lined sunken lane in a general west-south-westerly direction, with field parcel Nos.2600 and 1400 to the north and field parcel No.2869 to the south for approximately 138 metres to Grid Reference 50247983, then changing to a general westerly direction following the southern side of a hedgerow, with field parcel No.1400 to the north and field parcel No.2869 to the south for approximately 110 metres to Grid Reference 50137983 then changing to a general west-south-westerly direction, following the northern side of a hedgerow with field parcel No.0002 to the north and field parcel Nos.2869, 0071 and 8365 to the south for approximately 195 metres to Grid Reference 49947978, at this point continuing in the same direction as a hedge/tree lined sunken lane with field parcel No.0002 to the north and field parcel no.8365 to the south for approximately 116 metres to Grid Reference 49837974, then changing to a general westerly direction, down a slope, with field parcel no.6700 to the north and field parcel No.8365 and Red House Farm Cottages (field parcel no.6873) to the south for approximately 190 metres to join the eastern side of the U1613 at Cove Bottom at Grid Reference 49657976, for a total distance of approximately 749 metres.

13 FP Commencing on the western side of the B1127 road adjacent to the Five Bells Inn at Grid Reference 49988184, and proceeding as a hardcore track known as Golden Square Lane in a general westerly direction along a hedge/tree lined sunken lane with field parcel No.8987 to the north and field parcel No.8261 to the south for approximately 185 metres to Grid Reference 49808184, then changing to a general south-westerly direction, passing to the east of the sewage works (field parcel No.7380) with field parcel No.8261 to the east, then becoming a natural surface track in the form of a hedge/tree lined sunken lane with field parcel Nos. 6270 and 5724 to the west and field parcel No.8261 to the east for approximately 265 metres to Grid Reference 49628164, then changing to a general south-south-westerly direction, continuing as a natural surface track in the form of a hedge/tree lined sunken lane with field parcel No.5724 to the west and field parcel No.8261 to the east for approximately 130 metres to the junction of FP3 and FP4 at Grid Reference 49588152.
