4 RB Point of commencement: Witnesham Hall Farm. Running from south to north. Point of termination : junction with FP45 at grid reference TM17535109.
Width of first part approximately 9 ft.
5 FP Commencing at grid reference TM17585111, to grid reference TM17595112 and proceeding in a north easterly direction for some 10 metres to the field edge then in a north north westerly direction with a hedge and ditch to the east for some 48 metres to grid reference TM17585117 then crossing into OS parcel no. 7040 and continuing in a north north westerly direction along a grass path forming the boundary between two crops for some 104 metres to grid reference TM17525126 then in a northerly direction for some 260 metres (curving around where the river has eroded the bank after some 145 metres) to a track at a junction with Witnesham footpath no. 12 at grid reference TM17525152; then recommencing at grid reference TM17725159 at a junction with Witnesham footpath no. 12 and proceeding in a northerly direction along the eastern boundary of OS parcel no. 5755 with a ditch to the east for some 310 metres to grid reference TM17715191 then following the field boundary in a west south westerly direction for some 28 metres to grid reference TM17685190; then running in a northerly direction. Point of termination : Berghersh House Lane No. 7A.

7 FP Commencing from main Ashbocking-Henley Road at a point approx. 400 yards west of Nelson Farm, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction, where it terminates at Wood Lane near Berghersh Farm.

7A RB Locally known as Dark Lane. Commencing from main Witnesham-Ashbocking Road and proceeding westwards to join Blood Lane near Berghersh House Farm.
Width approx. 15 ft.
8 FP Commencing from footpath No. 9 at a point approx. 300 yards south of Manor Farm, and proceeding in a westerly direction to the main Witnesham-Ashbocking Road.
9 FP Commencing on the Swilland Road near the Half Moon Inn, and proceeding in mainly northerly direction to grid reference TM 18445324. In its course it abuts the Witnesham Area School property, and it also runs along the boundary of Witnesham-Swilland.

9A FP Commencing from footpath No. 9 north of Area School and proceeding along boundary of school property to main road (Witnesham-Ashbocking).
12 FP Point of commencement : Witnesham main road near Baptist Chapel running from East to West to grid reference TM17815164 in OS parcel no. 8077 and proceeding in a north north westerly direction along the eastern field boundary for some 10 metres to grid reference TM17945165 then in a west south westerly direction for some 138 metres to grid reference TM17815162 then in a southerly direction for some 10 metres to a junction with footpath no. 14 at grid reference TM17815161; and continuing from grid reference TM17815162 in OS parcel no. 8077 proceeding in a west south westerly direction for some 82 metres then turning to the south for some 12 metres and crossing a culvert in a westerly direction into OS parcel no. 5755 at grid reference TM17725159 at a junction with Witnesham footpath no. 5 then continuing in a west south westerly direction for some 104 metres along a grass track with a ditch and a hedge to the south and then passing to the north of a muck pad to grid reference TM17625157 then in a southerly direction for some 40 metres along a concrete track to grid reference TM17625153 then in a westerly direction along a concrete track for some 104 metres to grid reference TM17525152 at a junction with Witnesham footpath no. 5 then in a north north westerly direction for some 14 metres to the point where the concrete track turns to stone/gravel then continuing for some 13 metres to Henley footpath no. 14 at the parish boundary at grid reference TM17505154.
Width: 1.5 metres from TM17945164 to TM17815161 and TM17725159; 3 metres between TM17725159 and TM17625157; varying between 3.5 and 4 metres between TM17625157 and TM17505154.
14 FP Point of commencement : Manor Farm, Witnesham. Running in a northerly direction. Point of termination : at junction with path No. 13.
15 FP Old Lane : commencing from Upper Street, Witnesham, near Baptist Chapel Cottages, proceeding in an easterly direction for approx. 350 yards to the parish boundary.
Width 4 ft.
16 FP Commences opposite Chapel No. 15. Ends White House Farm (Wash Lane).
Width: In parts width is 12 ins.
17 FP Church Path, west of Hill Farm, Main Road (Juby's Hill) westwards to join path No. 14.
17A FP Church Lane northwards to junction No. 17 path.
18 FP Wash Lane Path, near Bridge (P.O.) to White House. Along three fields, ends near river crossing in lane.
19 RB Point of commencement : End of Hall Lane.
Cart track running through marshes belonging to Manor Farm, Witnesham. Point of termination : Church Lane, Witnesham.

20 FP Point of commencement : Church Lane, Witnesham.
Running in a south-westerly direction. Point of termination : Witnesham marshes at junction with path No. 19.
21 FP From its junction with path No. 20 at Manor Farm southwards to its junction with paths 22 and 37.

22 FP Top of America Hill, Main Road, through marshes to its junction with paths 21 and 37.
23 FP To Manor Farm Cottage, Barker's Timber Yard; from a point north west of Old Mill Cottage running in a south westerly and south easterly direction along the eastern boundary of O.S. 2847 for a distance of approximately 75 yards to a point to the south west of Old Mill Cottage; then ending old Wind Mill (now demolished).
Width: 4 feet along the eastern boundary of O.S. 2847.
25 FP From a point on the B1077 Ipswich-Witnesham highway at O.S. grid reference TM18164987 running in a generally westerly direction, following the boundary of O.S. 0002 for a distance of approximately 225 metres thence northerly into O.S. 0700 to O.S. grid reference TM18044999, thence across O.S. 0700 to a point at the southern end of the footbridge across the River Fynn at O.S. grid reference TM18065014.
Width: 1.5 metres

26 FP Commences near Barley Mow Inn in a N.W. direction to a point on the southern boundary of O S 60 and running in an easterly direction through O S 22,50 and 49 for a distance of approximately 335 yards to meet Footpath No.27, Witnesham, in the eastern corner of O S 49.
Width: about 1 ft. to the southern boundary of O S 60, then 4 ft.
27 FP Burnt House Lane. Ends in the Common, junction with No. 28.
Width about 12 ins.
28 BR From Red House Farm in a general easterly direction to the Grundisburgh Road at the parish boundary. Ends near road between Swilland and Tuddenham.
29 FP Commences in Tuddenham Lane (parish boundary).
Ends near Brook House, Witnesham.
Width about 18 inches.
30 BR Struggler's Lane from the unclassified road at Valley Farm in a S.E. direction to the parish boundary.
34 FP None. From junction to 35 south of Vinns Farm eastwards, thence branching S.E. to Marble Hall.

35 RB Occupation road to Cockfield Hall - Cockfield Lane. Cockfield Hall to Witnesham Marshes - Green Lane. Point of commencement : Low Farm, running generally N.E. Point of termination : at junction with path 36.
36 FP Point of commencement : River Finn at junction with path No. 19. Runs diagonally across one grass field. Point of termination : Field gate at junction with path No. 19.
37 FP Point of commencement : At footbridge over River Finn at junction with path No. 35. Runs from West to East. Point of termination : At junction with paths Nos. 21 and 22.
38 FP From its junction with path No. 25 at O.S. grid reference TM1804499 in a N.W. direction to a point on the southern boundary of O.S. 0700 at O.S. grid reference TM17955003, running in a generally southerly direction into O.S. 0002, thence generally south westerly along the northern boundary of O.S. 0002 to a point at an eastern corner of O.S. 8100, thence north westerly along the boundary of O.S. 8100 to O.S. grid reference TM17925003, continuing in a N.W. direction to TM17895008, thence running in a north westerly direction across O.S. 8100 to a point on RB No. 35 Witnesham immediately to the south of the Cockfield Hall farm buildings at O.S. grid reference TM17655031.
Width: 1.5 metres between TM17955003 and TM17925003, and between TM17895008 and TM17655031.

39 FP Commencing at Low Farm through fields to a point immediately adjacent to the northern corner of O.S. 7080 (O.S. Plan TM 1749-1967 edition) at O.S. grid reference TM17734990, thence south easterly along the south-western boundary of O.S. 8100 to a point on the boundary of O.S. 8100 at O.S. grid reference TM17764988, thence continuing across O.S. 8100 and running in a generally north easterly direction along the south eastern boundary of O.S. 8100 to an eastern corner of O.S. 8100; continuing from O.S. grid reference TM17955003 and running in a north easterly direction across O.S. 0700 for a distance of approximately 150 metres to a point at the southern end of the footbridge across the River Fynn at O.S. grid reference TM18065014; terminating at Hall Lane.
Width: 1.5 metres between O.S. grid reference TM17734990 and the eastern corner of O.S. 8100, and between TM17955003 and TM18065014.
Limitation: stile at O.S. grid reference TM17955003.
40 FP Commencing at the parish boundary at OSGR 61703 25281 and proceeding in an east-south-easterly direction across a footbridge for 4 metres to OSGR 61704 25281; then to Bergersh Lane.
Width: 1.5 metres (offset from the root of the hedge by 1 metre) from OSBR 61703 25281 to OSGR 61704 25281.
41 FP From southern end of F.P. 21 south-eastwards to junction of F.P. 23.
43 FP Commencing on a bend on the eastern side of Mow Hill (B1077) at grid reference TM 1851850302, and progressing in a generally northeasterly direction along the tarmacadam driveway to Barley Mow Cottages, passing between the properties of the Barley Mow Public House and the Barley Mow Cottages becoming a grass path following the western side of a hedgerow/tree boundary for a total distance of approximately 65 metres to a stile in the hedgerow at grid reference TM 1856350347, then changing to a generally northerly direction, passing across a farm track for approximately 6 metres to FP 26 at grid reference TM 1856550355. Total distance approximately 71 metres.
Width: 2 metres between grid reference TM 1852250308 for 57 metres to grid reference TM 1856150349; remainder 3 metres measured from the southeastern boundary of the lane.
44 FP Commencing at grid reference TM 18445324 in the northeastern corner of OS parcel no. 3614 and proceeding in a generally north northeasterly direction (across a ditch and through a kissing gate) along the eastern field boundary of OS parcel no. 4228 for 78 metres, then in an east northeasterly direction over a metal footbridge for 6 metres (passing through a gate at the northern end) to grid reference TM 18485332 (in the southwestern corner of OS parcel no. 5139) on the Swilland parish boundary.
Width: 1.5 metres.
Limitations: subject to a kissing gate at grid reference TM 18445324 and a footbridge 0.7 metres wide at grid reference TM 18485332 with a gate at the northern end.
45 FP Commencing at grid reference TM17535109 at a junction with Witnesham RB nos. 3 and 4 and proceeding in an east north easterly direction across OS parcel no. 6700 with a hedge to the south for some 54 metres to the River Fynn at a junction with Witnesham footpath no. 5 at grid reference TM17585111.
