From the end of Hawk End Lane for a distance of 67 yards to a point near a crossing of the railway line opposite the works depot of the Council in School Avenue then N. under railway to grid reference TL98326416 to the north of the railway crossing on the drive to Elmswell Hall generally west in field parcel TL9864/0028 along the field edge by the railway embankment for some 306 metres then over a drain and into field parcel TL9864/0035 in the south east field corner for some 8 metres then generally north west for some 50 metres then into field parcel TL9764/0035 for some 40 metres then north east for some 20 metres then into field parcel TL9864/0035 along the field edge by a drain for some 14 metres then north north east for some 60 metres then north east for some 130 metres then generally north north west for some 50 metres to the Norton parish boundary.
