2 FP Enter by footbridge over ditch, stile (both in poor condition) at bottom of hill at west end of Millway Lane. Route due north on last side of arable field - cross another footbridge over ditch, another stile, and over rough grassland to gateway leading to Wortham Line. Fixed barred gate here. Barbed wire single stranded fence on Ling side.
3 FP Entered over gate from Wortham Ling on west of boundary of parish, S.W. end of Plot 365. Route almost due east along south fences of Plots 365, 366 and 366A, crossing 366A to north-east corner.
4 FP From Millway Lane in a generally southerly direction for approximately 210 metres and then in a generally westerly direction for approximately 62 metres to stile over ditch, when Plot No. 203 is entered and crosses diagonally to stile at meadow entrance on Lion Road.
Width 1.2 metres for first 272 metres.
5 FP Entrance from Millway Lane by unfenced opening to Plot 110 direction almost due north - running at east side of three fields and crossing meadow to exit, through gate to Ling Road, through Plot 361, stile here also.
6 FP Breaking off from footpath No. 5, following hedge at south end of Plot No. 122. This path becomes non-existent when Plot No. 109 is reached, where, prior to 1940, it crossed diagonally to Millway Lane.
8 FP Lows' Lane Path. breaks off Goolds Lane in almost northerly direction, crosses heathland (The Lows), crosses R. Waveney by footbridge.
Width four feet.
10 FP Entrance from north-west corner of Plot No. 171 from Crossings Road. Cross field diagonally (S.E.) to north side of A143; thence from south side of A143 to stile near S.E. corner and follows west side of Plot No. 173 to road (Old Bury Road).
11 FP Priory Road, stile, follows W. edge Plot No. 199 and N edge of Plot 185 to grid reference TM11627810; thence in field parcel TM1178/6400 in a generally north easterly direction for some 28 metres and then in a generally south south easterly direction for some 144 metres along the eastern edge of the cultivated field and then in a generally north easterly direction for some 42 metres, then cutting south south west for some 28 metres to cross a culvert for some 3 metres then to follow the southern side of the stream in a generally south westerly direction in field parcel TM1177/7700 for some 150 metres then turning generally south south east for some 32 metres then generally south west for some 205 metres then generally south for some 12 metres to cross a bridge for some 4 metres to the west; then for some 12 metres generally north by the southern bank of the stream in field parcel TM1177/4667 and alongside that bank generally south west for some 126 metres to Priory Road, grid reference TM11397770.

12 FP Commencement known as Job's Lane (from Priory Road) - general direction S.W. following boundaries of fields - from the north-eastern corner of O.S. Field No. 8353 running in a generally south-easterly direction along the eastern boundary of O.S. Field No. 8353 for a distance of approximately 330 metres to a point in Old Bury Road.
Width 1.2 metres for last 330 metres.
13 FP Commences at Old Bury Road and runs along the western side of Red Cottages within O.S. Field No. 0540 and along the western boundary of O.S. Field No. 9527 for approximately 155 metres to the western boundary of O.S. Field No. 9527, then in a generally southerly direction for approximately 130 metres to the boundary of O.S. Fields Nos. 9008 and 9527, then in a generally south-easterly direction for approximately 50 metres to the stream marking the Palgrave/Thrandeston parish boundary and then in a generally south-westerly direction alongside the stream for approximately 455 metres to a footbridge across the parish boundary.

15 FP Enter by gateway from Lion Road at west end of Plot 59 east of St John's Cottages and follow the west boundary of this Plot - exit by gateway on to Old Bury Road opposite north end of No. 13.
16 FP From Mellis Lane at junction of Plots 25 and 30 (No. 14) - leads almost to joint footpath No. 13 at south-west corner of Plot 32, i.e. cutting across Plot 24.
17 FP From the southern end of Goolds Lane in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of the village green.
18 FP From a point 670 metres east of its junction with A143 Lion Road, eastwards for a distance of 115 metres.

20 FP Commencing on Millway Lane (C550) at OS grid reference TM09627862 and progressing over a planked bridge in a southerly direction across a field for 350 metres to a hedged field boundary at OS grid reference TM09687827; continuing across another field for 179 metres to a culvert over a ditch at OS grid reference TM09727810; changing to a south southeasterly direction and continuing for 170 metres to a planked bridge over a ditch at OS grid reference TM09797795; continuing in a generally southerly direction for 297 metres and joining Lion Road (C579) opposite St. John's Farm at OS grid reference TM09867766, 69 metres west of the hedged western boundary of St. John's Cottages.
