Continuing from a point on the eastern boundary of Ordnance Survey Field No. 1326 adjacent to the stile in the fencing of the former railway line and running in a generally west south westerly direction across Ordnance Survey Field No. 1326 for a distance of approximately 90 metres to a point at the watercourse and crossing the watercourse in a west north westerly direction to a point and then running along the west side of the watercourse which forms the eastern boundary of Ordnance Survey Field No. 0232 in a south-south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 7 metres to a point in the south-eastern corner of Ordnance Survey Field No. 0232, which is to the north side of a drain forming the southern boundary of Ordnance Survey Field No. 0232 and along the north side of the drain in a generally west north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 115 metres to a point in the south-western corner of Ordnance Survey Field No. 0232 and on the eastern side of the U8032 road at Cockfield.
