N.W. from Path No. 2 running in a north-westerly direction for 168 yards along the eastern boundary of O.S. field No. 163 to join U85 between Thorpe Street and Parish Boundary.
5 BR Gobbett's Road — Bell's Lane
E. as Burr Lane for whole length.

6 BR Bell's Lane — Wash Lane
N.E. as Cowfen Lane to T. junction when it continues N. to join Wash Lane and S. to join path No. 7.
7 FP St Mary's Church — N.W. of Russian Plantation
Passes across front of Church through gate to join Path No. 6 and on.
7A FP Leaving Footpath No 7 the path runs along an existing metalled cart track for approximately 90 metres generally in a north easterly direction to where the track bridges the stream along the centre of which is the Hinderclay/Redgrave parish boundary.
Width: The 1.2 metre minimum width of the path is within the greater width of the existing track.
8 FP Tuffen Lane — Wash Lane
Commences in Tuffen Lane at O.S. Grid Reference TM 02117814 and follows the eastern headland of O.S. Field No. TM 0277/0072 in a generally south-easterly direction for approximately 680 metres to Wash Lane at O.S. Grid Reference TM 02457763.
Width: 1.2 metres
9 FP Junction with Path 10 — Fen Street
N. from where Path 10 turns E. approx. 240 yds. from Wash Lane, along field by N.W. extremity of Path 10 over field to Fen Street W. of Grove Farm.
Limitations or Conditions
Ditch 4ft. X 2ft.cut across path at start, iron hurdles halfway along, elm trees and telegraph pole in path at end. Path ploughed where crosses fields.

N. alongside pasture land to join Path 13 at S.E. corner of Hinderclay Fen.
Limitations: Electric fence across path Reservoir and water works block up path at N. end.
13 FP Redgrave Parish Bdy — Thelnetham Parish Boundary
Due W. from Path 12 along S. edge of Hinderclay Fen.
Limitations: Footbridge removed at Redgrave Parish end.
14 FP Town house Lane — Wattisfield Parish Boundary
Along entrance to Chalk pit in Townhouse Lane, S.W. to Wattisfield Parish boundary.
17 BY Commencing at the parish boundary with Rickinghall Inferior at OS grid reference TM03267596 and proceeding along a track, adjacent to the parish boundary with Rickinghall Inferior in a generally north easterly direction for 165 metres to join the C637 at OS grid reference TM03397605.
Width: Based on the annotation ¿4ft 6in R.H.¿ (Root of Hedge) on OS sheet 24/10 Scale 1:2500 1886 edition. 1.4 metres.
