FP 12 The route in the GIS data ends at TL82584801, and the statement says the route joints a County Road to Tye Green at this point. But the track in question doe not appear to be recorded as a Public Highway, making the route a dead end and leaving a gap in the network.
RB 14 Route is a dead end for non-pedestrian traffic at its junction with path number 13.
RB 25 Route is a dead end for non-pedestrian traffic at its junction with path numbers 23 and 24.
RB 46 Western end in GIS data doesn't connect to RB48X, with the link only being a Footpath. This leaves a gap in the network for non-pedestrian users.

(The List of Streets lists U1214 as only having length 0.52km, which takes it from its junction with Low Street at TM35258541 only as far north as TM35038586. However, on the Definitive Map, the whole length of the lane to the Parish Boundary is marked as "1214".)
